Samsung Galaxy S22 Price cut: Samsung has recently launched its much-awaited Samsung Galaxy S23 series in India. After the official launch of the Galaxy S23 series on February 1, the prices of Samsung Galaxy S22 have been reduced.

It should be noted that the smartphone company has reduced the prices of the phone twice before. And after the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, it got further reduced by Rs 5000 in India.

Samsung Galaxy S22 - 1st Price Cut

For the very first time, the company reduced the price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 by Rs 10,000 in the month of November last year. The phone has two variants - 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and 8GB RAM and 256GB storage - priced at Rs Rs 72,999 and 76,999 respectively. 

However, after the discount, the price of the S22 was at Rs 62,999 (8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant) and Rs 66,999 (8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant).

Samsung Galaxy S22 - 2nd Price Cut

After some time, the company made another announcement about the Galaxy S22 price deduction.

This time the phone gets cheaper by Rs 5000. With this, the 128GB variant of S22 was available at Rs 57,999 from Rs 62,999. While the price of the 256GB variant was reduced to Rs 61,999 from Rs 66,999.

New Price Cut

After the launch of the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung further reduced the price of the phone by Rs 5000.

Now interested customers can buy the 128GB model of the phone for Rs 52,999 instead of Rs 57,999. While the 256GB variant can be brought at Rs 56,999 instead of Rs 61,999.

In total, the Samsung Galaxy S22 phone is now cheaper by Rs 20,000 compared to its launch price.

Samsung Galaxy S22 - Camera

The smartphone has three cameras available in the back. The primary camera of the phone is 50MP, which has an aperture of f/1.8. The two other cameras are 10MP and 12MP, whose aperture is f/2.4 and f/2.2 respectively. A 10MP autofocus camera is available for selfie and video calling, which has an aperture of f/2.2. It also supports OIS i.e. optical image stabilization.

Samsung Galaxy S22 5G has a 3700mAh battery, with 25W fast charging support. For connectivity, USB Type C feature has been given. Features like Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 are available for connectivity. Additionally, it also supports NFC and is IP68 rated.
