The Market Guru said that the valuations of Heranba Industries are reasonable, but it is not the case that the valuations are “mouth-watering”. As per the industry standards, the valuations are also alright. He said that the listing gains will be okay. An investors should invest in an IPO if the listing gains are at least 15-20 per cent. The business is good and Heranba Industries is in the agro products business.

He said that there is growth visibility and the promoters of the company are also experienced. 

The returns on equity are excellent and the company’s business accounts for 60 per cent exports, the Managing Editor said. The positives are more.

He said that there are certain things that investors should watch out for in Heranba Industries IPO. He said these things cannot be said to be negatives. One is the size. He said that the size is small and the company is not even among the top 10 companies. He said that the IPO size is Rs 60 cr while the remaining is offer for sale.
