RBI Repo Rate Hike: Home Loan May Rise; Realty stocks jittery

Realty stocks were jittery on Dec 7 as the RBI raised the repo rate by 35 basis points. The fifth consecutive hike since May, 2022. Home loan interest rates and EMIs are likely to increase after December rate hike.
