Republic Day 2022 Double Bonanza! Employees in Chhattisgarh will now work only 5 days a week; state pension contribution increases to 14%

On the occasion of India's 73rd Republic Day Celebration, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel gave a big relief to the state's government employees with a slew of announcements. 

The Chhattisgarh government has allowed its staff to work 5-day a week from now onwards. For pension, the state's contribution is to be increased from 10% to 14% as part of the Anshdayi Pension Scheme.
